Founded by Green Leaders Award-nominee, Jack Tarry, Destin Leak Detection brings to the table, a rich history of over 38 years of construction experience as licensed, residential Builders and expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, government , and litigated projects as Certified infrared thermographers and leak detection experts.  

 SINCE 1986, we have been pioneering the use of Infrared Cameras for building diagnostics.  We use technology, Building Science, and three decades of practical construction experience when you call on us to be your leak detection company.    

GREEN COMPANY

Our focus was to introduce a new, better, 'Greener' way to perform Leak Detection.  And, eliminate needless demolition practices used to 'find a water leak.'  As it is,  water damage from water intrusion accounts for over $1 BILLION annually in costs.  

By being 'Green' , we are saying that we prefer to use technology - not old-school destructive demo - to 'explore' for root causes of water damage and water leaks.

Finding hidden water leaks with science and technology saves on the cost of water damage restoration and finding the pathways that are the cause.  For that reason, our methods - such as infrared leak detection -  are kind - both to the environment - and to your wallet.

Speaking of 'get the picture' . . . that is what we do, literally!  As part of our leak detection diagnostics, we pinpoint your water leak issues.  We give actual proof (in the form of 'pictures') that are called infrared thermograms.

In fact, just to drive the point home, our thermal images have been introduced in court as HARD-COPY EVIDENCE as to what is going on that the human eye cannot otherwise see.
